My overhead press is pretty horrible, DB press is strong but any bar overhead is horrific. Weak shoulders might explain why I am having shoulder problems. After attempting to shirt up on Friday night and discovering my shoulder is still messed up in some capacity, I have come to accept that I will be taking another token bench at my meet in four weeks. That being said I feel that I can train my shoulders now because I am not saving for a meet. Sounds stupid I know but I just want to train. I'll get it figured out by my next full meet.
