No deadlifting for me again this week! Yes!

My man focus was again on our girls since this is their squat night and they are the only ones showing up each and every training day.

All of the girls did great, hit depth, listen to me critique each of them individually to improve their squat and lets not forget....prepping themselves for a huge squat this March!
