I really don't like doing more than one heavy rep, most likely because I've never been good at it. I believe this was a 2 Rep squat PR and it wasn't too awful either. We have a great group of lifters at The Strength Lab right now, guys and girls, beginners and pro totals.

This was the first week back on the straight bar, after using the rackable cambered bar the past 3 weeks.

Surprisingly, the last couple sets felt great. I used the Maverick 3m wraps, which are my lighter training wraps ( I use 3m Kraits for heavy lifts).

I'm pretty sure everyone in the group hit a 2 rep squat PR. It's great to be surrounded by people who are pushing themselves. I was going to stop at 555, until Adam and Shane, two of my long time training partners, both hit PR's.
