This April, I competed at CPU Nationals, placing second in the 63kg open category with an 825 lb total, just one pound behind first place. 
With the guidance of Steve Goggins, I am in pursuit of greatness, both on and off the platform. 


There is a super virus going around Ottawa right now, one that decides to give you a plethora of symptoms that change from day to day. I managed to infect myself with this virus since I work at a large commercial gym.
I only skipped one workout (squats), but ended up combining that missed workout into my accessory bench day.
