Sunday -  Deficit deads

These were supposed to be done on Saturday, but moving was crazy and it just didn't happen. I felt like I was about to fall asleep before training and had to take copious amounts of caffeine to even think about training. I managed to have the best deadlift training I've had in a long long time! I couldn't sleep that night because of all that caffeine, but hey, I got my training in.
