1. Bench Press

  • Wore 56 Ace bench shirt
  • Worked up to 495 and was about a half board from touching
  • Took 545 and dumped it low.
  • I called it there before I got hurt. Just couldn’t get things right today. The plan was to work to my opener of 575. In the last 2 years I have actually touched and pressed 1 bench in the 56 Metal Ace shirt. Not the greatest of confidence going into the meet but we compete to test our strengths…both physical and mental.

2.  Rear Delt Machine

  • 2 sets of 12 reps with the stack

3. Rows – chest supported barbell rows

  • 2 sets of 8 reps with 185
