After doing a few light sets last Saturday on the power squat machine I decided today to do some heavier work with it.

Power Squat

worked up to 11 plates per side for 3 sets of 3 reps

 

dimel deadlifts

135 for 2 sets of 5 reps (done using fat gripz)

225 for 3 sets of 5 reps

 

back attack machine

worked up to 5 plates doing sets of 12 reps

 

leg raises

3 sets of 15 reps
