Today our Powerlifitng squad hit some DB incline, chest supported rows, pull-a parts and curls. Was just to get some blood flow while getting prepped for next three training sessions. Our group getting ready for our in house meet March 12th hit on Monday some heavy deads off 2 mats and all had great success.
I was again struggling on the treadmill. My hate for the treadmills are growing by the minute. I know I need to do them for rehab but fuck they are boring and not what I want to b doing. Cannot wait till march check up and cardio echo to see some improvement.
