I’m currently in off season mode working on bringing up certain qualities and weaknesses I noticed from the IPA Grand Prix Nationals. This training will be laying the ground for my training cycle into the 2016 XPC Finals.

Monday the fluff and buff continued on. Really just getting some blood flow moving in some important parts and that was it. As for grip, it was a "down" week so nothing truly max effort like I usually do. I know next week I will be deloading, so I will be doing very minimal grip work (likely some light Captain Crush grip work), so I just wanted to feed into that and give my hands a bit of a break. I will begin pushing my grip to twice a week again during meet prep to really get my hands good to go for XPC's. Otherwise, good little arm and chesticle pump for the evening.
