Off season training at its finest. I get to work on all kinds of weaknesses and as you can see by my bottoms up press video this is one of them. Grip and forearm strength always needs work. I never want to loose a deadlift because my grip went on me.

Also tonight my training partner and client that I am coaching for her second powerlifting meet hit yet another all time P.R.  Every week Carri comes over she is hitting P.R.’s without maxing out.

 I never max out during meet prep I save that for the platform. It just so happened Carri has hit amazing P.R.’s without maxing out. Last night she hit a 196 lb squat, a 25 lb P.R.

I cannot wait to see what my “Outlaw Girls” do on the platform in June.
