Today was just a high volume day to get some blood pumping, build size and work some weak areas. This concludes my squat training for this cycle.
I feel I accomplished what I wanted to the past 10 weeks. My multiply squat is getting better, im getting stronger, my knee is holding up, no injuries and I am getting confident. All win wins....
