I went down to The University of Akron to train with my buddies Sev and John. I ended up following Sev's program for the day since I thought everything he was doing sounded like a good way to look like a new born giraffe walking out of the gym. I am absolutely sore as shit today and it feels amazing. Just keeping the work capacity higher with lots of volume.
