This elbow pain is absolutely brutal right now. Heck even wiping my ass hurts my elbow....

I decided to take another off day from my main lifts to give my arms a little more time to mend.

Im taking my time with this issue. This one is a little new to me because of the level of pain I am dealing with. I dont want to make things anymore worse than they already are. I will continue to ice, heat, rehab, and rest them and be very smart about what I am doing moving forward so I can save whatever I have left for meet day.

It is what it is right now. Sacrifices must be made right now for whats ahead. Hopefully all will fall into place by the time me stepping on the platform comes....
