With back to back week of heaving pulling and heavy squatting, my body is feeling it. So, I made the call today to give my body a break and just do some Supplemental work today and leave the main movement alone. Old man thinking here. In years past I would never listen to my body and try to push on and then get hurt or have a bad day. Not so now.

Its a shame that you gain all this knowledge when you become old, washed up and near death then you can only implement all this new knowledge only for a short time!....
