Anniversary training today, 10 am with the Crew. My body was still feeling beat up this morning and I was not feeling like training even though yesterday was a complete rest day. There are times when you have to listen to your body and other times when you have to "Shut Up And Train". Today was one of those and to my surprise I had a great session.

Feeling strong and ready to crank out this training cycle. Getting more confident with my lifts every week. I need to focus on my end goals and trust the process. Technique is everything and If I can stay focussed on that I will have a great showing at the Worlds in November.
Hotel and flights are booked, registration is complete, nothing left to do except train my ass off for the next 11 weeks.
