Today was my second PT session. We continued with the same stretches as the first session but added in 1 pound dumbbell raises (pink rubber dumbbells) followed by 2 pound dumbbell raises. We also added in some wall stretches where I would slide my arm up from straight in front of me to overhead and then back down. I was arms length away from the wall so there was some slight pressure on the arm when it was extended overhead. No pain just some tightness.
