After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Blowing the legs up with some high volume and getting after it a little bit. A rather fun one that is definitely worth doing again at some point. The reverse sled drags with the SSB on the back is one of the hardest quad movements I've done. If you're a powerlifter that pitches forward, I highly suggest getting some of these in to fix your mid back and build up the quads in the same process. Overall, the session felt good!
