This was my last ME squat in my prep for the Olympia. Next week will be a DE squat, and the following week(2 weeks out) will be my opener, and possibly my second attempt. I hit a PR of 875lbs. I have done 900lbs single ply in a meet, but this is the most I have ever walked out and squatted single ply.
