I've been dealing with GI issues for the last 6 months. I won't go into details, but it wasn't bad until about 6-8 weeks ago. I initially thought it was just a stomach ulcer because I was stressed at the time, but after finally getting in to see the doctor I realized I was way off. I had the colonoscopy and it's not bad. It's not great, but it's not bad. So I'll go with a couple months of medication and hopefully that takes care of it.

So Wednesday morning I had the procedure, which they informed me after I woke up that they gave me about twice as much anesthesia as they planned for. So I woke up nice and loopy. I wanted to train and I was feeling good later in the day so here was my bench work out (so I didn't put myself in any serious danger)...

DB bench super set pull ups
50x20, 5 pull ups
60x20, 5 pull ups
70x20, 5 pull ups
80x20, 5 pull ups
90x20, 5 pull ups
100x8x5 sec pauses, 5 pull ups

Done. Pumped up.
