I was pleasantly surprised with how easy 405 felt today. I decided to use straps today since I was using a greasy globo gym bar and it felt almost too easy. I debated for a while detering from the program and throwing an extra 20lbs on the bar, but the angel on my shoulder won that battle and I was a good girl who followed the program. That being said I'm looking forward to the next time I get to train rack pulls and throw on that extra weight.
