Thank goodness I have a goal and meet in my near future because it is really hard to get motivated to train when the weights and the bars freeze your fingers off. It would be so easy to say "F-It" and sit my ass on the couch in front of the fireplace on a cold winter stormy Saturday. Thankfully I had Carri to train with today, sometimes a training partner or someone to coach gives you motivation. Whatever it takes you need to find it, just like I did.
