Mickey Belaineh

Mickey Belaineh started Powerlifting at Texas A&M in the Spring of 2012, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science. With the exceptional support from the A&M team and coach, she went on to be the 2012 USAPL Collegiate National Champion (198-pound class) after having only eight weeks to learn how to powerlift and train. She is now attending Harvard Law School, and has since been a USAPL Raw National Champion (Junior/Open), an IPF Raw World Champion (Junior), and holds three USAPL American Records (Raw).

YOLO Training Week[1/16-1/22]
Transition week from Physical Therapy to "regular" programming. Had a week to just "wing it"-- kept with similar rep schemes and rpe's as previous week, then added whatever felt good/right for the day. Mainly trying to focus on hitting all the movements (hip dominant/hinge, knee dominant/squat, press, pull).
