OK, if you didn’t know the Arnold Classic is this week I am guessing you live under a rock.
Team EliteFTS will be there in full force lifting and being awesome.

You can print out a Bingo card and win prizes if

Bingo_2016

• When you find an item on the list, take a photo of it and post to Instagram or Twitter.
• With every photo you post or tweet as part of the bingo, use the hashtags #elitefts and #arnoldbingo.
• When you finish a row or a column, on the final photo use the hashtags #elitefts, #arnoldbingo, and #complete.

I am pretty sure if you spot me you can fill I a whole row with one picture.

TeamTPS also has a bunch of lifters at the Arnold.

We’ve got the World’s Strongest Granny, Jane Stabile lifting at XPC in Multi Ply. We are on target for a 10 pound PR on her total.

Lo Goggins USAPL Champs 2015 TPS
Lodrina Cherne is lifting in the USAPL meet as is Zach DiCostanzo.

In Strongman we have:

Brittany Diamond
Nick Cambi

Nicholas Cambi TPS

and TPS Alumni lifters

Dawn D'Onofrio
Gina Cravedi
Ryan Aruck
Steve Fox

I am sure they will all do very well.

I’ll be there too coaching Jane and working the Spud Inc. booth for a while. I never miss a chance to hang out with Spud. He is the Beavis to my Butthead. One of the GREAT things about EliteFTS is that Dave has assembled a Team of outstanding human beings and I have made some friendships that will be lifelong here.
Spud is one of those friends. So is Harry Selkow, Dave Kirschen, Chad Aichs, Bob Youngs, Steve Goggins, Jim Wendler (yes, he does exist) and Julia Ladewski, Matt Goodwin and so many others.
I didn’t list Rhodes and Vincent because

A: they make fun of me all the time and

B: I was friends with them before they were on the team.

The newer members are also going to be lifelong friends too. Yeah Casey and Brandon-deal with it.

5 Tips to a Bigger Bench Press

Everyone loves the bench press and there are 1000 articles on how to do it. Many of us learn better by seeing things, so I had Russ Smith whip up a video on Bench Press tips.
Hopefully seeing these cues will help you transfer them to your bench better than reading.

Russ is going to go over a few things that are Bench Press 101 to those who have been around for a while, but for newer lifters they will be tips you can use TODAY to bench more.
For those who have been lifting for a while, I am hoping that they will clarify some of the things you’ve been reading.
