Double up a mini band then BOTH ends of the band go over the bar. The band can be looped under a pin or under the rack. If you use the pin make sure the pin is set so the plates don’t hit it. - - Set up in your conventional stance and and work up to a 1 rep max. It should take about 7 sets to hit a max (this was sub-maximal).
