Start with a SSB bar in your back and do pistol squats. -
Coaching points:
- don’t plop! Reaaach back until your on the bench
- slight ext rotation of the knee on the eccentric “roll your knee out”
- let your torso lean forward
- pause on he bench
- stand up fast!
