
I trained right after football practice this morning around 8am. I always have better training sessions when I train early. You'd think I'd use this information to my advantage?
- FBB Bench: 5x5295/115x5/135x1
 - Pull-ups: 6x3
 - Press FSL: 10x5@65 w/a little leg drive - takes 90% of the pain away.
 - KB Squat: 3x10 w/70
 - KB Swing: 3x10 w/70
 - Other Stuff
 - External Rotations: 100
 - Pull-aparts: 50
 - Trap Bar Shrugs: 2x50
