A lot of reasons not to do things were outweighed by my a lot more reason to GET IT DONE! I wrote years ago about the three levels of commitment. They are: 1. "I'll try". Yea right! That's a cowards way of saying "I'm not in." I'll try is the "Get out of Jail" card. I tried but I didn't do it. 2. " I'll do whatever it takes" is the second level of commitment. Doing whatever it takes means to me that there is no sense of urgency. It's being busy with production. I'll do whatever it takes gets me to ask..."when?" Done! Done is the third level of commitment and the only one that I accept. Done! Means "Shoot, Aim, Ready" as opposed to "Ready, Ready, Ready, Aim, Aim, Ready....blah blah blah. Do what you can with what you know and the rest will fall into place.   The air is so bad here from the wild fires that I kept everyone indoors again. In order to get some conditioning in, without tearing the lungs out of their chest, I created a GIANT calisthenic circuit. It's harder than it sounds and beats on the mentality of the athlete.   Today's Training: Chin Ups: 50 x2 yes...fifty sets of two reps Dips: 50 x 4 Pull ups: 50x2 Push Ups50x4 The four exercises need to be done as a GIANT set and as quickly as possible. The best completion time was 48 minutes by Troy Treto Average time took 70-75 minutes Slowest time= The guy is still in the gym
