Whoever came up with that saying surely has to be kidding themselves, right? I mean, look at all the people in this world who are getting away with business scams, escaping jail time and committing fraudulent acts.  They don't get that far in life by being honest, do they?

Ok, a little heavy on the sarcasm this morning.  Hopefully you've had your coffee.

A couple days ago, I put a picture of a client's progress in my instagram story.  I had to give the backstory to explain where she came from.

As a coach, I had great workouts picked for her.  She was coming to the gym and crushing them every day.  But as we know, an hour of training doesn't negate the other 23 hours outside the gym.  And yes, we trained for 4-5 months before she really buckled down.

Her progress in the beginning was still good, don't get me wrong.  She gained a lot of strength, but her body comp progress was veeeerrrrrry slow because of her habits outside the gym.
