 - BBB: 5x10@205
 
I don't remember what else I did. I'm sure there was neck or traps in there.
Workout 14
- FBB Bench: 5x5@135
 - Pull-ups: 5x5
 - BBB (straight bar): 5x10@105
 
My forearms were sore from the previous workout so I kept it short and sweet.
Workout 15
- Trap Bar: 275x5
 - KB Row: 5x10
 - BBB: 5x10@225
 
I did some neck harness and traps.
Feeling pretty good. I'm stiff in the morning, but I'm feeling good once I get moving around during the day. I'm enjoying this, but I really look forward to getting back to my normal lifting schedule.
