The coolest thing for me this past weekend were the raffle open gym sessions we did. While I was not able to make the one on Friday I was there for Thursday night and Saturday morning. We had over 100 of our readers - customers come into train.

I not only speak for myself but all staff and team members of elitefts, it was very cool to meet as many of you as we could, get to know you, help with your lifts and watching all the social interaction.  We wanted to create an environment that wasn't a seminar, that you could train your ass off, and have some team members there in case you had questions of simply wanted to train with them. Through these sessions I trained with 11 different people.  Wore my ass out but enjoyed every set of it.

Watching you all interact with each other was great to see and I am sure many of you will remain friends for years to come.
