Here's the plan today...   Today's Training: Suspended Knees to Elbows: 5x10 Ab Wheel Roll Out: 5x10 Landmind Twist: 5x10 Hyvk Pike Ups: 5x10 Ab Crunch: 5 x 10   Done as a continuous five round circuit.     Pull Ups: 5x20 Dips: 5x20 Back Extension: 5x20 Reverse Hyper: 5x20   Done as a continuous five round circuit   If there is more time to invest: Concept II Row: 10 minutes AirDyne Bike: 10 minutes
