Michael De La Pava is the owner of The Battle Axe Gym. Michael's athletic career includes stops in Muay Thai, strongman, powerlifting, and the highland games. He has worked with and alongside giants in the industry, including Brian Carroll, Stu McGill, Eddy Coan, and Andrew Lock.

The Battle Axe Gym has been home to world-class strength athletes, SOF, first responders, and several state and national champions in powerlifting and strongman since 2012. Michael continues to expand his horizons on several platforms, such as podcasts, retail, and hosting strongman and powerlifting contests in Florida.

He lives in Miami with his loving family and friends.
