In 1998, Dave Tate had a vision: share the science and technique of proper strength training with the world and put the era of misinformation into a chokehold. Starting out with a simple question and answer forum on a powerlifting website, Dave began to write articles for athletes and coaches. Immense success was followed up by the launching of an online store and a countless number of seminars.
Dave sought out to revolutionize a sport that he loved and ended up revolutionizing an entire industry.
