The support beam is off the ground so you can run bands under, it's built to competitive width and height, has a dense, hard pad, and adjustable J hooks. Training on this bench will take you bench training to the next level.
Built with 11 gauge 2"x2" steel.
Padding is 12"x48"x2.5" Naugahyde covered padding available in multiple color including the Black Grip Pad.
Custom Powder coated in numerous colors to fit your needs.
