The Rickshaw is great for all teams looking to do strongman training and looking for that extra edge over their competition. Not only will you build grip, back, lat and leg strength - you will build strength of character and mental toughness.
Comes with 3 different grip sizes: 1", 2" and 2 3/8". It ishighly recommended that you use bumper plates if you use the E-Series Rickshaw for farmer's walking!
