This piece was originally designed for front raises. We were always wanting to do more weight on the front plate raise, but wanted an easier way to keep the plates together. Thus the EFS Plate Holder was invented.
Recently we've been using it to do Roman Chair Sit-ups on the GHR, perfect for developing some serious ab strength.
