The elitefts Standing Chest Press is souped up with so many features to dial in form and work weak points to build your chest, triceps, and shoulders like never before. Easily transfer what you do here to the bench press, floor press, or an opponent (football players, wrestlers, MMA, etc.).
Features:
- Adjustable Handles: Slide the handles up and down to activate different parts of the chest, triceps, and shoulders as you press.
- Multiple Grip Options: Take a neutral, pronated, close-grip, or wide grip.
- Pad Width & Type: The pad is the same texture, width, and thickness as our benches. Excellent transfer to the bench press without sliding off!
- Adjustable Angled Pad: No longer will your shoulders roll forward when pressing at a flat angle. Adjust the angle in a slight decline to reinforce shoulder blades back and down.
- Band & Chain Pegs: Load it up with bands and chains for more resistance (bigger gains)!
