
nothing major happened today, it is actually my least favorite day, for everyone else it is their favorite. I appreciate the body building movements but getting a huge burn, and pump is very uncomfortable for me. Luckily I have a bunch of dudes on my team who talk enough shit that I am forced to do it, well most of it.
