I decided to do both chest and back tonight because we wont be training this weekend. Our team at EHOP is taking a weekend vacation together. Someones parents have a lake house and we are all heading there for the weekend. I can't wait!

standing cable row 4 sets of 20
Bar shrug pyramid up to 405 for 8 reps
Abs sit ups on decline bench holding bar over head 4 sets of 5 with 90lbs
