I'm competing September 16 in an RPS meet at Rivercity Barbell in Newport, Ky. I've had a few set backs in my bench training between a shoulder issue that is still giving me some trouble and a pec strain. I'm starting to feel a little better, but no where near as strong as I was.
Bench Press: bar x10 135x10 225x5 275x4 315x3 345x1 365x1 385x1 405x1
Next week I plan to hit 415-25, which I was originally hoping to be an opener.
