Benching in a shirt sucks. Maybe I'm just feeling week in my bench press with my resent stint of just deadlifting for a few months.

PUTS ON BENCH SHIRT DOESN'T LIKE IT

185 LBS X 1 ( NOT TOO BAD)

225 LBS X 0 NO WAY I WAS SHAKING MY HEAD BEFORE I STARTED IT FELT LIKE 500 LBS

185 LBS X 1 (THAT WAS ENOUGH)

My CNS needs to get used to some heavier weights before I go crazy in a shirt. My shoulder felt a wee bit sore too with the shirt on. Pain I have not felt in a long time, nor do I want too.

80 LBS X 15/15/15/15

That was a short session between helping others bench, testing muscles and treating Carri and Nick my night was full.
