Trying to get used to the volume of this bench program. My second bench day I do speed work vs bands or chains.

Todays Benching:

60% x 8 -255lbs 75% x 6 -315 lbs 80% x 5 -335lbs 85% x 3x4 -355lbs 80% x Max Reps -335 lbs x 9

It will take me another week or two to get used to this volume.

Accessory work: 5x10 Front Raise 5x10 Side Raise 4x25 Tricep Pushdowns
