Wow, I have not felt like this much gutter trash in a long time. I had my first final of spring semester this afternoon so the stress gauge has been redlined for couple days now. Fortunately, I do have two days "off" (i.e. studying until my butt grows into my chair) before my next one on Thursday, but it is likely to be a doozy. I refuse to skip training this week or next with nationals so close now, but I am going to be hitting just the bare minimum to keep progressing for the next 3 or 4 training days. I thought I felt pretty not bad while I was warming up on the log, but it turned out that I was quite mistaken as the further into it that I got, the worse I felt on pretty much every level.

I felt like I was riding a roller coaster down a steep drop that had no bottom during most of this and while I did want to keep going because I'm stupid and stubborn like that, logic prevailed and I stopped here for today, which was my plan going in.
