I would have been happier about it, but since I've never done it before, I didn't have a spare with me to change it out so I had to prematurely end hammer throwing. This was also my last training day in Salisbury before I move down to Virginia Beach tomorrow and start training full time at Brute Strength Gym.

Light Hammer

2x10 winds

10 throws total, some with 2 winds and some with 3

Working on technique/arm position and was making good progress and then I broke the handle.

Light Weight

5 throws x 1 turn - Timing was all screwy.

10 throws x 2 turns - All kinds of awful until I threw it back toward the trig, using the board as a target and I literally landed the weight on the board. This was also a PR since I was backed up past 50' for the throw in an attempt to not risk landing the weight on any of my equipment. Not sure on the exact distance though. And I really wish I had video of this.

Stone

3 throws x 12 lb

6 throws x 16 lb

Fake Sheaf Toss

3 throws x 20 lb med ball

This was hilariously bad, but I'm hoping to do a games down in NC in a week so I figured I needed to rig up some way to at least try it out a couple times. I wrapped a net around a med ball to simulate it. I'll make a sheaf sometime later after I finish up my clinical in Norfolk.
