Single Leg KB RDL 6x10 with the 88 lb bell, slower negatives than usual to keep some more time under tension on the glutes and hams
Conventional DL w/ Eleiko Bar 585 for 8 singles, short(er) rest periods. These felt pretty solid considering how much more I prefer to pull sumo now.
Duffalo Bar Paused Box Squats (low box w/ foam pad) 425 6x3 for speed
Hack Squat 3x20, continuous reps (no lockout) to maximize time under tension. Brutal!
