After yesterday’s challenge I feel I need to go a bit easier on you. I want you to keep coming back for more and don’t want to make these challenges too difficult. Remember to increase the challenge increase your bell size. If you don’t have the different bell sizes to choose from, decrease your reps in order to avoid injury.

Today let’s do a push pull plank combo, give this a try:

Pushup on Double Kettlebells x 5

Renegade Row Left x 5

Pushup on Double Kettlebells x 5

Renegade Row Right x 5

Pushup on Double Kettlebells x 5

Double Bell Plank Hold  30 seconds 

5 pushups 30 second plank

Rest 1 min, repeat x 5 rounds

Those extra 5 pushups half way through the one minute plank were killer.

If it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you. Train like a savage, be a savage.
