People seem to forget that working on stabilization and doing DB work isn't going to flow over to their main lifts. It is not done enough and most definitely helps with a lifts.

DB press

  • 50x12
  • 60x8
  • 75x8
  • 95x failure
  • 75x10
  1. Single band tricep Ext. 4 sets
  2. Wide low row with a pause 4 sets
  3. DB lateral raises 4 sets
  4. rope tricep extensions. 3 sets
I have video of 95lb press however I'm struggling to get to load. Annoyed with how inconsistent technology works. I could never be an IT specialist. I would throw every computer.
