People seem to forget that working on stabilization and doing DB work isn't going to flow over to their main lifts. It is not done enough and most definitely helps with a lifts.

- Single band tricep Ext. 4 sets
- Wide low row with a pause 4 sets
- DB lateral raises 4 sets
