I decided I would weigh myself today and found I've dropped all the way down to 249. The last time I was this light was last year when I had a case of pancreatitis, but this time around it's just simply life.

I pulled conventional today to try and give my IT bands a break while I'm trying to rehab them and can't say that I'm excited with how it did, but I'm happy I'm making some progress. Not too long ago 495 was a grinder for a single and I was able to do some reps with it today, but had to grind out 545. I am happy that my grip is still making progress too and should be good to go in the next couple of months.
