There is a master plan brewing right now. There have been some changes and more are coming. The plan will cover competition plans, nutrition and training. I am just not ready to talk about it just yet until everything is plugged in and ready to go. \ Right? ^^^ The plan is in effect right now, I just need to take some time and type it all out for you. And boy oh boy, I am having some excellent results right now. I'm super pleased.

Things are going very well, I am feeling great and the strength will snap back. I'm laying the foundation to get back to being respectable strong. I hate waiting and working back slowly but am for sure enjoying the process for the first time in a very, very long time. What's the magic secret? I am sorry to report and to sound cliche, but there is not one. Focus, determination and consistency are paying off big time.

More on that later. Promise.
