Do you eat enough fruits, vegetables, fat and protein? I know for a fact I could not eat enough food in a day in order to get my proper nutrition.

The best purchase we ever made was buying the Viamix. This blender even demolishes the pit of the avocado. No lumps no bumps, just pure goodness.

This is our favorite morning breakfast combination. You can put in whatever you want or need nutrition wise. Tastes delicious as well, don't let looks scare you!

Blend it up with some ice and bam, you have the most nutritious breakfast going. Last night I had a big salad with chicken for supper, took me 30 minutes to eat it and my jaw was sore from chewing. All I kept thinking was geez I should just blend this up and drink it!

Blending your food is a great way to get all your nutrients in plus more. We make extra and take it with us for our day in a shaker cup as a snack. Inspired by the documentary “Fat Sick and Nearly Dead” we found this to be the best way to get in the fruits and veggies that we normally would not consume in a day.
